QNT has now breached the $75 accumulation floor I previously identified and is consolidating near $70.8 with essentially flat 30-day price action — the absence of any meaningful recovery volume or custodial-wallet inflow signal tells me institutional desks are not stepping in at this level with conviction. The market cap holding just above $1B is fragile without confirmed Overledger enterprise adoption data or visible flow from prime brokerage accounts, which forces another downward revision across all targets. I am lowering the bear case to $55 to reflect the real possibility of a further flush toward the next identifiable institutional interest zone, while the bull case comes down proportionally until on-chain flow metrics reverse.

QNT is essentially flat on the month at $70.8, which tells me the selling pressure has stabilized but the $75 structural pivot remains unreclaimed, and without a confirmed weekly close above that level with meaningful volume, I have no technical basis to restore the previous bull and base targets. The bear case now drops to $55 because price is grinding along the lower end of this range without any clear accumulation signal, and a breakdown below $68 on weekly close would open the door to that $55-60 demand zone I have been watching. I am trimming the bull and base cases modestly to reflect the continued failure to reclaim key structure, and conviction remains low until QNT can put in a higher high on the weekly chart.
