When Moon 589 is published and operated by Pro Sulum LLC, a company based in Fresno County, California, United States, the same company named in our Terms and Privacy Policy. Content appears under the organization byline "When Moon 589 Editorial Team." That byline names the publication. It does not name an individual author or reviewer, and we do not present any named expert as having written or reviewed what you read here.

2. What is generated by AI

These parts of the site are generated by an AI model (an Anthropic Claude model, accessed through OpenRouter, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy). The model receives market data and our own coin profile data (and, for analysis you request, the numbers you enter), never email addresses.

• Daily coin analysis on each coin page. Generated once a day from the coin's live price, 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day changes, volume, market cap, all-time-high distance, and our profile of its ISO 20022 role, regulatory status, partners, and health scores.
• Daily ISO 20022 Pulse on the home page. Generated once a day from the price, 24-hour and 7-day change, volume, and market cap of the eight coins we cover.
• Fear & Greed commentary on the sentiment page. Generated once a day from the current Fear & Greed value, the previous value, the 7-day average, and the three largest 24-hour movers among the coins we cover.
• Comparison verdicts on the head-to-head comparison pages. Generated monthly from live price data and our specs for each coin (consensus mechanism, throughput, ISO 20022 role, partners, regulatory status, and ISO 20022 RMG membership).
• Scenario forecasts. Each week, the model regenerates the bull, base, and bear price scenarios and a short rationale for every active forecast, using only the current price, the 30-day change, market cap, and the previous scenario's targets. These are illustrative scenarios, not predictions.
• One-sentence coin verdicts in the ISO 20022 coins table. Generated monthly from each coin's profile data and cached.
• Analysis of calculator results that you request. Generated on demand from the numbers you enter and cached for up to 24 hours, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Daily ISO 20022 Pulse, the sentiment commentary, the comparison verdicts, and the daily coin analysis carry an "AI-generated" label next to the text. Scenario forecasts, table verdicts, and calculator analysis are also AI-generated, as described on this page.

3. What is not AI-generated

• Live prices and market data come from CoinGecko. The Fear & Greed Index comes from Alternative.me. XRP Ledger account data used by the whale-rank tool comes from XRPScan. ISO 20022 news headlines come from SWIFT's news feed and a Google News search.
• Coin profile data (consensus mechanism, throughput, finality, partners, regulatory status, and the 0-10 health scores) is curated by hand and kept in the site's data files. It changes only when the site is edited, so it can lag real-world changes.
• Calculators run fixed arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Their results are math, not predictions.
• Articles, glossary entries, and reference pages are static text published by Pro Sulum LLC. AI tools are used in producing and maintaining this site, so we do not claim that any page is free of AI assistance.

4. Automated safeguards, and their limits

Before AI-generated text is stored and shown, it passes these automated filters:

• Web links (http or https) to any domain other than whenmoon589.com are removed.
• Text that looks like a cryptocurrency wallet address (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or XRP Ledger formats) is removed.
• Output that matches patterns typical of prompt injection or attempts to override instructions is rejected and not published.
• Output is capped at 5,000 characters.

The instructions we give the model also limit it. Our prompts tell it not to include links other than to this site, wallet addresses, or emojis, and (in the daily pulse, forecast, comparison, and sentiment prompts) to reference only the eight coins we cover. The comparison prompt tells it never to contradict our stated ISO 20022 RMG membership status or invent partnerships, metrics, or launch dates, and the Fear & Greed prompt forbids price predictions and buy or sell calls.

These filters check format and safety. They do not check facts, and no person reviews AI-generated text before it is published. AI-generated content can contain errors, outdated information, or wrong emphasis. Daily content expires and is regenerated on a schedule, and forecasts are regenerated weekly, so a mistake in one is replaced at the next refresh. Please report it anyway.

5. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. That includes AI-generated analysis, scenario forecasts, Fear & Greed commentary, comparison verdicts, calculator results, and articles. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. 6. Data sources and attribution

Data provided by CoinGecko. Price data is third-party, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is refreshed on a schedule that varies by page. The Fear & Greed Index is provided by Alternative.me. See section 5 of our Terms for the accuracy disclaimer on price data.

7. Advertising

The site uses Google AdSense and may display ads served by Google, and the weekly 589 Brief and the tools are free. Ads are chosen by Google, not by us, and are not our recommendation of any product or asset. The inputs to the AI prompts are market data and our own coin profiles; no advertiser or sponsor material is put into them. 8. Corrections

To report an error, email legal@whenmoon589.com, the address published on our About and Contact pages for questions and corrections. Include the page address and what is wrong. We read every message; response times vary. When an error in an article or reference page is confirmed, we correct the page, and blog posts show an "Updated" date when they change. Scenario forecasts and other AI-generated blocks are overwritten when they are regenerated, and earlier versions are not archived on the site.
