How the Profit Calculator works
For each holding you enter, the calculator multiplies your token count by two prices: the live price and the target you type. The difference is the gain at your target. Entering a buy price is optional and adds a separate on-paper profit or loss from your entry.

Assumptions and limits
- The gain at target is measured from today's live price, not from your buy price. Your buy price only feeds the separate unrealized figure.
- Prices, circulating supply, and the Bitcoin market cap come from CoinGecko and refresh about once an hour. The supply used is circulating supply, not total or maximum supply.
- The math is linear. It does not model fees, taxes, slippage, staking rewards, token unlocks, or new supply that would change the market cap a target requires.
- A target is just a number you choose. The required market cap and % of Bitcoin figures are there so you can judge how large that number is, not to say it will happen.
- The multiplier buttons (10x, 50x, 100x Everything) set each row's target to the live price times that multiple. The 589 XRP Scenario button fills in 10,000 XRP with a $589 target.
