They are reviewed quarterly, not computed live. Treat them as a structured opinion, not a market feed.

Speed = throughput and finality of the network. Adoption = real-world usage and named partners. Dev Activity = how actively the protocol is being built. Regulation = clarity of the coin's regulatory standing. Market = liquidity and market-cap strength.
