Price is essentially flat from my last update, still hovering near 0.0297 with continued negative 30-day momentum and no meaningful volume expansion to suggest accumulation is building beneath the surface. The weekly structure of lower highs remains intact and we have not seen that confirmed close above 0.035 that would shift my technical bias toward recovery. I am trimming targets modestly again to reflect the persistent compression and the bear target now aligns closer to current price given the lack of any breakout catalyst on the chart.
